Policies and Terms...License AgreementEach disc that we produce has been licensed to us for duplication and sales. A substantial portion of each sale goes directly to the speaker or ministry from which it was licensed. The content of each CD or DVD has not been edited by Lampstand Studios/Kingdom Recordings. The running length will be noted when made available by the speaker/ministry. If you have a teaching master that you feel would fit in Kingdom recordings please contact us. We ship your order via US Mail -'Media Mail' or by DHL. Most orders are filled within 3 days. Some orders could take longer and you will be notified of any delays. International Orders will take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive unless you have indicated us to ship via an expedited service. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. Each purchase either by phone, mail or email are automatically entered into our customer database and it will only be used for further communications from us. At anytime you may un-subscribe from our email campaigns. Your credit card information is kept secure and will be shredded after the time limit required by your credit card provider. Order Cancelation PolicyIf you wish to cancel an order please call us at 719-687-5598 as well as email us at sales@lampstandstudios.tv immediately. Failure to do so may result in penalties as noted below. In the event you cancel an order after your credit card transaction has been successfully processed, you will be charged a 5% Processing Fee to cover the transactional expenses/fees incurred to debit and credit your account. If the item has shipped, you are liable for all shipping charges incurred in the transaction even if you do not accept delivery of the merchandise. This liability includes the outbound S&H charge on your original order and all other costs we may incur to have the item(s) returned to our location or point of origin. All discs are created free from defects, some discs show video effects or audio noise that are in the original recordings and are beyond our capability to correct. If a DVD does not play on your DVD player do not assume that the disc is defective. Please test it on another DVD player or in your computer. If it does not play, return it to us for a replacement. No refunds will be given if you order the wrong disc, return the disc free of scratches and finger prints and in it's original packaging and in-house credit will be issued. A CDs and/or DVD that is ordered and does not meet your expectations is returnable if it returned to us Pre-paid within 7 days and a credit will be issued minus shipping and handling charges. Credits are good for one (1) year from date of issue. If at anytime a disc becomes un-playable for any reason simply return it to us with - $5.00 for each DVD and $3.00 for each CDs and it will be replaced.
